Join us June 1st to June 2nd for the 2026 Navy League Anchors Aweigh Congressional Fly-In!
Navy League advocates from around the country will convene in Arlington, VA, on June 1st in preparation for a full day of meetings with Members of Congress on June 2nd. The Navy League Legislative Affairs Department will provide you with all of the materials, training, and congressional insight that you need to be a successful advocate for the sea services! Sign up now so you don’t miss our upcoming training sessions, and so your Region Vice Presidents for Legislative Affairs can begin working with you to schedule meetings with your Members of Congress. This will be a very important but also very fun opportunity to advocate for Navy League legislative priorities and educate our lawmakers in Washington, D.C. about the Navy League's mission. Accommodations

IMPORTANT NOTE: Attendees will be asked to secure their own travel and hotels, with one exception: on the morning of Wednesday, June 3rd, the Navy League will provide one-way bus transportation from Navy League Headquarters in Arlington, Virginia, to the National Convention in Norfolk, Virginia, at no cost, should enough participants express an intention to use the bus (15 minimum). Please note: the bus will only transport participants from Arlington to Norfolk on June 3rd; there will not be a return bus back to Washington, D.C. Please plan your flights and accommodations accordingly.
The Navy League will provide food and beverages for the occasions stated in the schedule. Participants should supply their own meals unless otherwise indicated.

June 1st
All day - Attendees begin arriving and checking in to hotel
6:00 PM - 9:00 PM EST - Dinner and final preparations at Navy League Building in Arlington, VA
June 2nd
6:00 AM - 7:15 AM - Breakfast at Navy League Building
7:15 AM - Board buses to Capitol Hill
7:30 AM - Depart from Navy League Building
8:00 AM - Arrive at Capitol Hill and prepare for first meetings
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Take meetings with Members of Congress and staff
5:00 PM - 6:30 PM - Reception on Capitol Hill
6:45 PM - Board buses at Capitol Hill
7:00 PM - Depart for Navy League Building
7:30 PM - Arrive at Navy League Building
June 3rd
8:15 AM - Convene at Navy League Building
9:00 AM - Board bus to Norfolk, VA, and depart from Navy League Building
1:00 PM - Anticipated arrival at Norfolk Waterside Marriott for National Convention
After Registration
Once you have registered, contact your Regional Vice President for Legislative Affairs and let them know that you will be attending the Fly-In this year! The RVPLAs will build the regional teams for the Fly-In and handle most of the coordination among participants in their region.
